I have a different lens, are there plans to create a lens cap that will be compatible with mine?

I've placed an order - how long will it take to arrive?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands within 1 working day of the order being placed. For delivery addresses within Europe, your order is expected to arrive within 5-7 working days of dispatch. For addresses outside of Europe, expect within 7-14 working days. Please note -  at present (summer 2023) we have been informed by our shipping company that it may take longer than normal for packages to arrive at their destination due to high demand and use of the network. 

Is shipping included in the price?

Free worldwide shipping is included when you spend over €100 in our online store.

How can I stay updated on my order’s progress and delivery? 

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking information. This allows you to conveniently follow your package’s journey and estimated delivery date. Please note - for delivery addresses outside of Europe, tracking information pauses whilst in transit overseas and resumes once the shipment has been processed through customs of the destination country

What happens if my shipment is late?

We understand that timely delivery is important and we work closely with our distribution partner to see that estimated delivery times are being met. After checking the tracking information, if you see your parcel is significantly late and you require further assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note - for delivery addresses outside of Europe, tracking information pauses whilst in transit and resumes once the shipment has been processed through customs of the destination country

What is the policy for lost or damaged shipments?

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include launching an investigation with the courier, arranging a replacement, or issuing a refund.

How long will it take to get back to me about my order?

Here at Otect we are a small, hands-on team. We aim to respond to enquiries as quickly as we can, however it may take up to 1-2 working days for us to get back to you - thanks in advance for your patience
